By accessing or using the IPConfig API and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

IPConfig provides IP geolocation and ASN intelligence services through a REST API. Our Services include:

• IP address geolocation lookups
• ASN (Autonomous System Number) information
• Country, city, and timezone data
• Coordinate and location data
• Dashboard access for API key management

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan:

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. Repeated violations may lead to account termination.

You agree NOT to use our Services for:

• Illegal activities or in violation of any laws
• Stalking, harassment, or tracking individuals without consent
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits
• Reselling or redistributing our data without authorization
• Any activity that could harm our infrastructure

IP geolocation data is provided “as is” and may not be 100% accurate. Location data is approximate and should not be used for:

• Emergency services or life-critical applications
• Legal proceedings requiring precise location
• Physical address determination

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPCONFIG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
